these came off a car I did in Texas it is non rusted and it is a flat hood not a power bulge if you want dual fours or tunnel ram don't cut that 900 stock Challanger hood do this one, those are getting way too rare to butcher. decklid is same as hood no rust yet and has a little Bondo in it not much .
