We are currently seeking an energetic and reliable FULL-TIME Custodian /Trash Valet for a luxury downtown high rise community.

Duties:
Trash removal
Cleaning up after events and meetings
Clean inside of tower including common areas, restrooms, clubroom, conference rooms and hallways
Clean outside of tower including parking lots and grounds
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors
Maintain safe work environment
Operate variety of equipment and other necessary tools, products and supplies
Perform various duties including dusting, changing light bulbs, light maintenance and cleaning windows
Any additional duties to be assigned

Job Requirements:
Detail-oriented
Good customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little supervision
Can lift up to 30lbs
Can manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines
Able to pass criminal background and drug screens
