Border Collie - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog - Cooper

I have been at MShoogys for several years now and I have seen a lot of dogs come and go. I wonder when it will be my turn to go home with a nice person or family. Like so many dogs here, I was abandoned and left to fend for myself. When the Highway Patrol found me injured and malnutritioned, they brought me to MShoogys. MShoogys saved my life and have taken care of me ever since.
