Roco is ten weeks of age as of 10/29/2009. This male Terrier mix came to the Lawrence Humane Society as a lost dog found in Lawrence. Your looking at an extremely adorable little puppy. As with all puppies, Roco is going to need training and lots of love. A fenced-in yard would suit Roco well as he will need to learn his boundaries. Since he is so young, he would learn to adapt to other dogs and cats. Children who could respect his small size and need to adjust would do well with him. If interest, please visit the Lawrence Humane Society as soon as possible. Roco won't last long. Every dog adoption with the Lawrence Humane Society includes all basic vaccinations except rabies, a pre-adoption health examination, and a free visit to a local veterinarian. You can also choose to have your new dog microchipped for only $15 - a significant savings on valuable peace of mind!If you are interested in making Roco a permanent part of your family, please e-mail the shelter at adoptions@lawrencehumane.org or call 785-843-6835 and provide the ID number to find out if Roco is still available. Sign one copy to provide to the shelter and keep the other for your records. A $50 adoption fee and an additional $60 for the animal's alteration is required.
