Flat-coated Retriever - Medium - Baby - Male - Dog - Phil

Phil is sweet puppy that was rescued from KCMO Animal Control when he was just a tiny little thing. We believe he is a flat coated retriever mix but your guess is as good as ours! He is very sweet and loves to play with other dogs and his toys! He is housebroken and just needs a new home....someplace with a family that will love him, spend time with him and play ball with him and take him on long walks.
