THIS IS THE REAL DEAL i got this for doing some work on a A/C system, this was signed by JIM twice, he started to sign it with a pen, then the ink ran out, then he signed it with a magic marker, the neat PART IS THE ALBUM, IS THE SAME YEAR HE DIED, I WILL GO DOWN A LITTLE BUT NOT TOO LITTLE, this is probably more valuable than i or you think.
