Displaying an Account URL on the Opportunity record) -auto fill in form fields with default values when clicking the "new record" button -have filtered lookup windows to only display the records that you want the user to see (ex. only show contacts belonging to the current account record) -automatically update large sets of records when a parent record is modified (ex. update all opportunity line items with a new date when the parent opportunity date is modified -have automated activity email workflows -have records or event automatically created based on a certain event occurring -etc If you are interested in anything like this or you have other great ideas, send me an email at shamrockcrm@gmail.com
