Customer Service/Account Representative

Dynamic Training Company looking to expand their customer service department.  Ideal candidates will be able to work in a high energy team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.  Position handles incoming calls (orders, complaints, inquiries, etc).  and directs calls for further problem resolutions if necessary.  May be required to manage, guide and motivate teams through the call process. 

Skills to include:

Strong communication skills written and verbal.

Organizational skills.

Proficient computer skills.

Sales experience is a bonus but not required, we will train the right person.
