Here is a little bit about our community here at Stoneybrook North............ We are a small, quiet hilltop community near Downtown Kansas City, Missouri, close to I-35 and I-29, very convenient to the interstate system.
We maintain a beautiful outdoor swimming pool available to our residents and their guests.
Your new apartment has an all-electric kitchen with frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and garbage disposal. There is a separate dining room, nearly as large as the living room with a ceiling fan. The kitchen may be accessed from the living room or dining room (for ease of serving). There is more than enough closet space and plenty of parking. Heat and hot water are gas-generated. The apartment is, of course, centrally air conditioned. In the garden level of each building is a clothes care center with two washers, two dryers, and individual (locked) storage space.
Trash pick-up and total maintenance are included in your rent. Activated basic cable is wired into every apartment for which you will pay $40 monthly (optional … you may choose to not receive it). Premium channels are available through Time/Warner.
